D.R. Shade is a vessel through which the words of creation flow. An author defined by an insatiable lust for travel, the natural world, and human connection, Shade has a primary desire to express the love of the Universe through the written and spoken word.
Shade is unequivocally curious. He is a lifelong learner and chooses to engages in each new topic completely. He is an inertial creature, sometimes difficult to start, but once started he’s all in. There is no middle-ground for Shade.
His primary habits are: learning new skills and meeting people. He dabbles in languages beyond English with the interest of understanding people, knowing that it is impossible to truly know another person if one is unable to speak their language.
Shade has a desire to guide human connection through emotional intelligence and learning better ways to recognize, live with, and share human emotion with others. He believes they are what define humanity above all else.
